The olive grove, with monocultivar Leccino, since 2019 has been producing olives that are hand-picked and cold-pressed to produce an organic extra virgin olive oil, perfumed with sensitive green notes of grass and green almond, which is pleasant on the palate, where it confirms the olfactory note with spicy and bitter sensations in harmony
